ABX Express Holds Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Day

ABX Express is committed to ensure safe and health working conditions and to protect the health and safety of its employees at the workplace. The company teamed up with Glory Christian Centre (GCC) Community Care to organize a Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Day.

Health checks like blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and Body Mass Index were conducted for more than 60 employees. The two talks by professional practitioners on ‘Stress Management’ and ‘Dental Care’ were well received with most employees expressing gaining of knowledge and motivation to adjust their lifestyle.

In view of the good response, ABX Express will continue to promote more health related activities to enhance better efficiency and service to the public. GCC Community Care works with both government and non-governmental organizations to facilitate health enhancing and educational activities in our society.
